From Uncertainty to Empowerment:
My Kundalini Yoga Journey.
Two decades ago, life was a whirlwind of challenges. I had cancelled a trip to study my masters’s abroad, finding myself in a new city, pregnant, and unsure of my true idendity. But then, a surprise encounter with Kundalini yoga transformed everything.
Picture me on my mat, eyes closed, hands waving in the air, chanting mantras. At first, it seemed completely wacky, yet beneath the surface, something powerful stirred. The energy flowed, leaving me with a profound sense of well-being. I kept returning, drawn by its magic.
Now after 18 years of immersing myself in this ancient practice, i’ve completed extensive training, perpetually expanding my knowledge. As a teacher, I lead regular classes and co-create transformative retreats.
Kundalini Yoga isn’t just my passion; it’s my purpose-to share its benefits and light with others.
Weekly Sessions
What to expect in a Session:
Physical movement through A Kriya (series of postures), the use of Mantra and Mudra, the practice of Meditation, and Breath-Work
Monday:
The Engineerium 9:30 - 10:45am
West Hill Hall 7:30 - 9 pm
Thursday:
The Engineerium 18:30 -19:45

〰️ Really enjoyed the yoga, even though I am not so flexible, breath-work was amazing. Feel really good and relaxed afterwards, had been a bad week and your sessions turned it around for me.
〰️ Thought that the day was put together very thoughtfully and beautifully. There was a nice relaxed atmosphere. Came away feeling positive and spiritual.
〰️ I enjoyed seeing and participating in something different. I enjoyed the exercise part of this and happily work at my own pace, chanting is not my thing, but did not feel pressure to do, just happy to be a part of in my own way.
